If you are filling in a Gift Aid form below, or if you have already sent us a Gift Aid form, please write "Gift Aided" on the back of your cheque.
GIFT AID
If you qualify, please fill in the Gift Aid form below to claim Gift Aid on your all your donations to us from now on. You do not need to resend it if you have already sent us a Gift Aid form in the past,.
To claim Gift Aid, fill out the form below. The government will send us an additional 25% of your donation directly to us. And if you are a higher rate taxpayer, you may also receive a further refund of tax when you include your donations to us in your tax return.
