  • 100ml tomato passata

  • 2 chicken stock cubes

  • 5 medium onions

  • 325g mushrooms

  • salt and pepper

  • 5tsp clear honey

  • 2.5 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2.5lb pork fillet




1. place passata in pan and add chicken stock and chopped onions.


2. When onions are softened, add sliced mushrooms and season.


3. Cut pork and quick dry fry. When pork is nicely coloured stir in honey. Add the tomato sauce. Cook for further 5 mins.
