Meet the leadership team
As trustees, we take a very hands-on approach to achieving our mission. Our website serves as a hub of information for those looking to get involved. From volunteering opportunities to donation drives, there are many ways to make an impact through Foodshare. We believe that no act of kindness is too small, and we welcome anyone who shares our passion for making a difference.

Our Foodshare Ambassadors
Our Foodshare Ambassadors are at the forefront of our efforts to combat food poverty. They work closely with local communities and partners to ensure those in need can access nutritious food and essential services. In addition to organising food drives, community support initiatives, and essential fundraising events, our ambassadors proudly represent the charity at local events—speaking on our behalf and sharing our mission with a broader audience. Their dedication not only expands our outreach but also helps build a stronger, more connected community for everyone.

James Mulchrone
James has been our ambassador since 2022 and proudly holds the distinction of being our very first Foodshare Ambassador. As the owner of MrJames Marlow, a gentlemen's tailoring business, and a radio presenter for Marlow FM, James brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, professionalism, and community engagement to our cause. He has played a pivotal role in organising and leading numerous corporate fundraising events for Foodshare, showcasing his unwavering commitment to alleviating food poverty.
James’s passion and proactive approach have helped raise vital funds and inspired many in our community to join our mission. We are honoured to have him representing Foodshare and championing efforts to support those in need.

David has lived in the Maidenhead area for over thirteen years and has been a dedicated volunteer with Foodshare since 2022. After a career in broadcast journalism and business, he chose to focus his time and energy on community welfare and support—values that now sit at the heart of his everyday life.
David understands the many challenges facing local people, especially with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis, and is committed to doing what he can to help others practically, socially, and economically. He believes Foodshare plays a vital role in meeting those needs, and he’s proud to be part of that mission.
Outside of Foodshare, David and his wife run a local community cinema club and are actively involved in a range of initiatives that bring people together through shared activities and support.
